  2. Can it be used on milk teeth for kids below 4 years?

  Please see a developing cavity above.
  
  The cavity is sealed with sealants.
  
  As long as the sealants are in place the cavity will not increase.

  Sealanst are usually done in children above 6 years of age.
  
  However they are required in children below 4 years of age if there are too many cavities in the childs mouth.
