        1. Will you let me what are the good food suppliments for good dental health like apples?
        2. Does the dental gems are microbes & are they bacteria’s else viruses ?
        3. As per your experiance which may be the better tooth paste sir for good dental health

          Apples and fruits are definitely good for dental heakth as well as overall health.

          Any tooth paste is good. It is the method of brushing that is important.
